SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders over $50 with well-known carriers so you can rest assured your order will be delivered on time and securely.

 

After your payment is verified, it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2 pm AEST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 2 pm AEST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

 

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a slight chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your own government. The last thing we would want is for our customers to be charged extra, as this would be detrimental to our sales. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local customs office or relevant government agency for more information.

Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties

When will my order be processed & Shipped?

All the orders will be processed & Shipped within 1 – 2 days of ordering.

Please note if you order on the weekend or public holiday, your order will be shipped the following business day. Purchases made after 2 pm AEST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, Asia Pacific, UK & Selected European Countries via DHL International Express service.

I need to change the address to which my order is being shipped?

Please email us immediately at contact@infinitywatches.com.au with the subject title “CHANGE OF ADDRESS”. Please provide your Order number, and the new address. We will do our best to make the amendments before your order is dispatched.

 

Am I responsible for paying International Taxes & Duties?

How can I change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us ASAP on Contact@infinitywatches.com.au, If your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

What if I haven’t received confirmation?

There may be changes of a spelling mistake in the email address supplied to us. Please contact us on contact@infinitywatches.com.au , please include your name, address and order number.
